Eligibility To use BillBizPro, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Have the legal authority to represent a business entity if registering on behalf of a company. Provide accurate and complete registration information. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 3. Account Registration Users are required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Keep your account details updated. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accept responsibility for all activities performed under your account. BillBizPro is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence. 4. Data Accuracy Users are solely responsible for: Accuracy of invoices Tax calculations GST filings Financial records Inventory information Customer and supplier data BillBizPro provides software tools but does not act as a tax consultant, accountant, auditor, or legal advisor. Users should verify all reports and filings before submission to government authorities. 9. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in BillBizPro, including: Software Source code Design Branding Logos Content Features remain the exclusive property of BillBizPro and its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission. 10. Third-Party Services BillBizPro may integrate with third-party providers such as: Payment gateways SMS providers Email services Cloud hosting providers Accounting integrations Government tax portals We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, or actions of third-party services. 11. Service Availability While we strive to maintain uninterrupted services, BillBizPro does not guarantee: Continuous availability Error-free operation Uninterrupted access Compatibility with all devices or browsers Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability. 12. Backup and Recovery BillBizPro performs regular backups of customer data. However: Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups. We do not guarantee recovery of data lost due to user actions, third-party failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBizPro, its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for: Loss of profits Loss of business opportunities Data loss Revenue loss Indirect or consequential damages Tax penalties resulting from incorrect data entry or user actions The total liability of BillBizPro shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding 12 months. 14. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillBizPro and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from: Violation of these Terms Misuse of the platform Violation of laws or regulations Inaccurate business or tax records submitted by the user 15. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. 19.
